I forgot about this place, lmao.

Taste of Chaos was amazing.
The other bands were all fun to watch, but the best was saved for last when Avenged Sevenfold came on~
Me and my mom [who's 40!] were on the barricade for the whole show. [I'm very proud of her.]
The show itself was mind blowing.
Brian was acting so fuckin' weird on stage, flailing his arms, etc.
*laughs* After Seize The Day, Matt looked over at Brian and said "Someone got punched in the head during Seize The Day.", and Zacky replied "Jersey kids are crazy." The guys all laughed.
When they got to their last song, A Little Piece Of Heaven, Brian would wave and grin and mouth "bye bye!" every time it got to that part, and each time he was a little more...excited about it. At first it was a little wave of the hand, the next time he waved with his wrist, and the last time he just flailed both arms and, seriously, made a "O_O" face.
Brian's voice cracked in the middle of one of his lines, and he pulled away from the mic all embarrassed, and Zacky and Johnny looked at him and started laughing.
Zacky even sang his priest part, and Brian screamed and yelled the "c'mere you fuckin bitch!"
[and, he was looking in my direction, you can only imagine how bad I freaked out.]
I dont remember exact order, but they played Critical Acclaim, Almost Easy, Scream, Afterlife, Gunslinger, Second Heartbeat, Unholy Confessions, Bat Country, Beast And The Harlot, Seize The Day, and A Little Piece Of Heaven.
[Seize The Day was funny, Johnny sang the beginning, I have the whole bit on tape where Matt says "wait let me lower the mic." and proceeds to lower it almost all the way down.]
The show was great and my mom had a blast. She blew a kiss to Zacky, too, and he smiled.
[I made many gestures to Brian, cause we were on his side, and he kept smiling and waving, etc]

After the show, me, Dylan, Jess, our friends Anna and Lyndsey, and company all stood outside. Asbury Park is on the beach, and it was fucking freezing. Not to mention I was in a corset like top. I had to wear Jess's shirt and Anna's jacket to stay warm.
We went over to a bus that looked like a7x's, only to see Matt Berry come out. I kept calling him Jason, cause it was dark and I could barely see, until he went "I'm Matt!". I got a hug :3
He told us the guys would come out soon, so we waited on a bench looking a lot like homeless crackheads, dancing and jumping around to stay warm.
Suddenly there was a crowd by one of the buses, and our group picked me to run over to see what was going on.
I run over, and who else but Jimmy is there! So I quickly grabbed a hug from him, and yelled back for my friends to come over.
In the crowd, Brian came skipping [literally...] over, yelling something along the lines of "Kiddies! Kiddos HI" etc, he was flippin out. [So cute.<3]
The other guys came over too, and they all went on the bus, saying they'd be right out. We waited, they came out, we hugged, yadda yadda.

The hi-light of the night however was when I got to give Brian the necklace I wanted to give him.

He was cheery this time, and more himself, so I figured it wont hurt.
I walked over to him, and said, "Brian, I want to give you this necklace...I know it's not awesome, and kinda boring, but it meant a lot to me and I want you to have it."
He smiled, and took it from me, and looked at it, and said, "Oh, sweetheart! Thank you so much, you're so sweet! I'm gunna put this in a safe place, and put it on once I get on the bus, thank you so much!" put it in his pocket, and gave me a tight hug.
I was so happy.
He wandered away to sign more stuff, and came back to me. He saw a paper I was holding and automatically assumed, 'oh, didn't sign that'. I was holding it by my hip, and I just said to him, "Is it cold enough for you?" and he laughed, and said "ER, I DIDNT SIGN THAAAT" and knelt down to scribble on the paper.
I...didn't even ask, but okay.
Then he stood up and gave me another hug!
...Lovable, are we?
I said, "Brian, can I have a kiss on the cheek?"
He laughed and took the cigarette out of his mouth and said, "I cant, I'll get in trouble! My girlfriend will yell at me...but you can kiss me!"
And with that, he leaned down in front of me and stuck his face out for me to kiss his cheek. I did, and he smiled and stood back up again.
Brian...toldME, to kiss his cheek.
Amazing.
I was talking to my friends and said, "Look, I got to hug Synyster fuckin Gates.", and he was right there.
And he goes "Oh, i'm so important." and smacks his hand to his face, leaning back and forth.
I saw the other guys too, but not much happened.
I DID though, finally get Zacky's answer to the question I asked him in NYC.
I said, "Hey...Zacky, you never answered my question from NYC, what is your favorite flavor ice cream?"
He blinked, and thought about it for a second, [possibly remembering the question the first time], and said "....uhhhh, vanilla!"
So there you have it, ZV likes vanilla.

I have a lot of videos and pictures from the night, and I'll post those later.
3/15/08 is way better than 11/14/07.
Cause apparently, I'm a sweetheart. <3
So look for that necklace! xD
It's just a black cross on a chain.
I'll freak out if I see him wearing it. o_o;

November 14th, 2007.
New York City.

I used my pass to get into the Avenged Sevenfold concert early.
I got up against the barricade, right in front of where Zacky would be.
The show was amazing.
Brian even noticed me in the crowd when I waved to him. <3

After the show I met the opening bands Black Tide and The Confession.
I made an awesome new friend, a member of Black Tide who just turned 15.
He gave me his gamertag and I'm gunna play him in Halo 3 soon. :3

I asked him if I had any chance of meeting A7X, and he said it was slim.
He told me and Jess where the tourbusses were, so we ran down the NYC streets in the early morning hours in search of our heros.

We found their bus, after running into Thor.
We hung around outside the bus for at least 45 minutes - 1 hour.
I danced and giggled and was so happy that I might actually meet my heros.

Someone came over after a while of waiting and told us a7x was at the backdoor of the concert hall, so we ran over to see M. Shadows in all his manly glory signing papers, taking pictures, and giving hugs.

Before Matt could get to me, Zacky pranced out of the doorway, and I immediately began talking to him.
He signed someone next to me's papers as I told him, "You give me a reason to respect left handed people." And he smiled.
When he came over to me, I complimented him... a lot. He was just so cute.
I had him sign something, and I hugged him and kissed his cheek.
He got so happy when I did that ^_^
Then I got a picture with him as Johnny headed outside.

I yelled to Johnny, "I thought you were shorter!" But Zacky thought I was talking to him.
He spun around and looked at me with this stupid grin and said "I'm not short! I just play guitar like THIISSS!" as he leaned back on his ankles and played air guitar, "so everyone thinks I am!"

Zacky even picked up Jess's little 7 year old sister after calling her sweetheart.

Before Zacky left, i asked him what his favorite flavor ice cream was, and he never answered. He went to, but posed for a picture and must have forgotten. As he left, I yelled after him "YOU DIDNT ANSWER MY GODDAMN QUESTION!"
Some of the crew laughed, and one said "Oh i can answer for you, yes! He still is a virgin!"
They're mean to poor Zacky, but I love him to death.


Matt was the next one I met. He came over and I gave him a hug and had him sign with Zack, then I did the little knuckles thing with him but stopped when I noticed how HUGE his hands were.
I blurted out my thoughts and it made him laugh.
Then I told him that during the concert he threw water at me and almost broke my camera, and he replied
"I'm sorry! I'll pay for it, just kidding!"



Matt headed off and Johnny was next!
This time i said to him "I thought you were shorter, just kidding." and he laughed such an adorable laugh.
He picked up Jess's sister as well, because she loves him so much.
A girl next to me asked Johnny how he got his black eye and I cut him off before he could talk, saying "He fell off his bunk when the bus wasnt even moving!" and he nodded and laughed, pointing at me and saying "Yeah she got the story right."

I even met Jason Berry. Yanno the one with the fucked up toenail.



Time was passing so fast and I was starting to loose hope as it began to rain in the early hours.
Maybe I wouldn't meet Brian.
Suddenly people started screaming, and there he was, walking out of the doorway.
As everyone screamed "SYNNYYSSTTERR", he seemed to pay no attention as he lit a cigarette.
I yelled, "Brian!" and he looked right at me. Then I said "You're my idol." and he smiled and said thank you.
Brian was tired, it seemed, and maybe slightly drunk. Thor was helping him walk and I'm guessing he hurt his back.
When he finally came to me to sign my papers, I told him again how much he meant to me, saying that he was the reason i played guitar.
He smiled again, signing S.G, with a heart next to it.
As he left I got a hug and a picture, and I headed home, so happy that I was able to make my idol smile.

11/14/07 was the best day of my life, and I will never forget the great time I had with my boys.
